1. General Information
- Homeograph Ltd. specializes in bedroom furniture, including wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables, hall stands, desks, and bookcases.
- All products are delivered and assembled by our professional team within 1-4 weeks, covering the entire UK.
- Custom-built wardrobes are available for personalized design and functionality.
2. Orders and Payment
- Orders can be placed through our website.
- Full payment is required at the time of order placement.
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other options listed at checkout.
- Order confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment.
3. Delivery and Assembly
- Delivery and assembly are included in the purchase price, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Our team will deliver and assemble products within 1-4 weeks of order confirmation.
- Customers must ensure safe and adequate access to the delivery location.
- If unforeseen challenges with access are encountered, additional charges may apply, or assembly may need to be rescheduled.
- After placing an order, we will contact you to schedule an assembly date.
4. Custom-Built Wardrobes
- Custom-built wardrobes are designed and manufactured to meet your specifications.
- Upon delivery, our team will unbox the components for your inspection.
- Customers must inspect the product after assembly is completed. Any concerns should be raised as soon as possible, and our team will address the issue promptly.
- If the product is inspected and accepted, it will be considered final, and returns or refunds will no longer be possible.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Standard Products
- Returns for standard products are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product remains in its original, unused condition.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@homeograph.com.
- Refunds for change-of-mind returns will have the original delivery and collection charges deducted.
5.2. Assembled Products
- For items delivered and assembled by us, change-of-mind returns will have assembly, disassembly, and delivery costs deducted from the refund.
5.3. Custom-Built Wardrobes
- Returns are not accepted for custom-built wardrobes once the product has been inspected and accepted after assembly.
- Any issues identified before acceptance must be raised with our team promptly.
5.4. Damaged or Faulty Products
- If a product is damaged or faulty upon delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the issue.
5.5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and returned via the original payment method.
6. Warranty
- All assembled products come with a 2-year warranty from the assembly date.
- This warranty covers repairs or replacements for manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear over time.
If you experience an issue within the warranty period, please contact us with proof of purchase, and our team will be happy to assist.
7. Cancellations
- Orders for standard products can be canceled up to 24 hours before delivery for a full refund.
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery may incur a small operational fee.
- Orders for custom-built wardrobes cannot be canceled once production has begun.
8. Liability
- Homeograph Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather or supply chain disruptions.
- We are not responsible for damages or injuries caused by improper use of our products after assembly.

- We respect your privacy and will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
