We specialize in bedroom furniture, including wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables, hall stands, desks, and bookcases. Additionally, we offer custom-built wardrobes tailored to your preferences.


2. How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed:

For custom-built wardrobes, please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.


3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.


4. Is full payment required upfront?
Yes, full payment is required at the time of order placement to confirm your purchase.


5. Do you have a showroom?
Not yet! We are currently preparing a showroom in Manchester, which is expected to open at the end of 2025.


6. Can I collect my item from your warehouse?
Yes, you can collect your items directly from our warehouse. If you choose to collect and assemble the furniture yourself, we are happy to deduct the shipping and assembly costs from your order.

Please note that our 2-year warranty does not apply to items not assembled by our team.


7. What are your delivery areas?
We deliver and assemble furniture across the entire UK, including Northern Ireland. Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.


8. How long does delivery and assembly take?
Our standard delivery and assembly timeframe is within 1-4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. For expedited delivery options, please contact us directly to discuss availability and any additional charges.


9. How long does the assembly take?
Assembly typically takes 1-2 hours, depending on the item. Smaller items, such as bedside tables, are often delivered pre-assembled for your convenience.


10. Do I need to prepare my space for assembly?
To ensure a smooth assembly process, please provide a clutter-free area with sufficient space. For larger items like wardrobes, we recommend a minimum area of 2m x 2m.


11. Can I cancel or modify my order?

  • Standard Products: Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small operational fee.
  • Custom-Built Wardrobes: Due to their personalized nature, custom-built wardrobes cannot be canceled or modified once the order is placed.

12. What is your return policy?

  • Standard Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product remains in its original, unused condition. Refunds will have the original delivery and collection charges deducted.
  • Assembled Products: Change-of-mind returns will have assembly, disassembly, and delivery costs deducted from the refund.
  • Custom-Built Wardrobes: Returns are not accepted once the product has been inspected and accepted after assembly.

13. What should I do if my furniture is damaged or faulty upon delivery?
If a product is damaged or faulty upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours and provide photographic evidence. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.


14. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all assembled products come with a 2-year warranty from the assembly date, covering repairs or replacements for manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not apply to:

  • Items collected and assembled by customers.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Alterations or modifications made after assembly.

Yes, our team will remove all packaging materials after assembly, leaving your space clean and ready to enjoy your new furniture.


18. Are delivery and assembly included in the price?
Delivery and assembly costs are calculated at the checkout page, based on your location.

For customers in most parts of the North West, UK, we are pleased to offer free delivery and assembly as part of our service.


19. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only deliver and assemble furniture within the UK.
