At Homeograph, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our furniture is delivered and assembled by our professional team to meet the highest standards of quality and care. To maintain transparency, please review our returns and refunds policy below:


Returns Policy

  • If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and assembly.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, free from damage, and with all components intact.
  • As furniture is delivered and assembled on-site, a disassembly charge will be applied if a return is requested. This fee reflects the time and expertise required to safely disassemble and prepare the item for return.
  • Delivery and assembly costs are non-refundable, as these services are completed at the time of delivery.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item back in its original, disassembled condition.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • We take great care in delivering and assembling your furniture. However, if your item is found to be faulty or damaged after assembly, please raise this with our team as soon as possible after your inspection.
  • In such cases, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund, at no cost to you, in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Important Notes

  • Please inspect your furniture thoroughly after assembly to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Returns or refunds are possible, but may incur additional charges such as disassembly or re-collection fees, as outlined in the Returns Policy above.
  • For items that show signs of misuse, negligence, or alterations made after assembly, we reserve the right to decline a refund or return request.

Custom-Made Furniture

  • Furniture classified as custom-made or modified to meet specific customer preferences, including but not limited to unique configurations, selected finishes, or hardware, is non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged or faulty.

2-Year Warranty

We are proud to offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. This means that for a period of two years from the date of delivery, if your furniture does not function as intended due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the affected item at no cost to you.

Please note that this warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper care.
  • Wear and tear that occurs through normal use over time.
  • Alterations or modifications made after delivery and assembly.
